Where a product is made to specific requirements or customized, we’ll confirm all details with you before production begins.

Orders & Order Acceptance

When you place an order with us, you’re making an offer to purchase our products. We’ll confirm your order once we’ve reviewed availability and details. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there’s an error in pricing or product information, or if we’re unable to fulfill export requirements to your region. If we can’t proceed with your order, we’ll let you know promptly and arrange any necessary refund.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted clearly and confirmed before your order is finalized. Depending on your location and order, prices may be listed in PKR, USD, GBP, or EUR. Any taxes, customs duties, or import charges that apply in your country are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed through one of our accepted and verified payment methods before an order is dispatched, unless a separate arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship both locally and internationally through trusted courier and logistics partners. While we always aim to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, courier schedules, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order leaves our facility, responsibility for customs clearance in the destination country rests with the customer, in line with international trade practice.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
